Step 1
Strip out the failing lawn
We removed the old grass and loose material so the new surface could start from a properly prepared base.

Back garden installation
A patchy, uneven family lawn in Dartford rebuilt into a clean, durable garden that drains properly and looks finished from every angle.
The original lawn was tired, uneven, and holding water. The brief was to create a garden that looked sharper, stayed usable through winter, and tied together the paving, stepping stones, and seating space.

Project process
Step 1
We removed the old grass and loose material so the new surface could start from a properly prepared base.
Step 2
The sub-base was compacted and regraded to improve drainage and give the stepping stones a cleaner relationship with the lawn.
Step 3
We laid the membrane, installed the turf neatly around the hard landscaping, then brushed and dressed the finished surface.
